Ballymena Show 2014

We took all 4 breeds to Ballymena Show on the 31st May 2014. In the ayrshire classes we showed Atley Hill Yellow Pamela VG89. She took first place in both the cow in milk class and the production and inspection class and went on to become Ayrshire Champion. She qualified for the McLarnon's Cow of the Year competition which will be held at Antrim Show.
In the coloured breeds section we showed Marleycote Princess Jill and Fordwich Saturn Genevive. Genevive was placed first and JIll was placed second in the cow in milk class by Seamus Gunn. He went on to make Genevive the champion coloured breeds and Jill the reserve champion
In the holstein classes Priestland 5564 Fever Farrah was placed 2nd in the maiden heifer (1/9/12 - 31/8/13) class and Priestland 4951 Shot Bedazzle was placed 1st in the cow in milk class. She went on to win the holstein champion and the interbreed dairy champion and qualified for McLarnons Cow of the Year Competition
